1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
3 1/2 oz. coconut
2 c. milk

Blend all ingredients well. Pour in buttered pie plate and bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
