JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
2 lb. sausage (lightly broiled)
1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lg. onion, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 can (sm.) creamed corn
2-3 jalapeno peppers

Mix all and pour into a greased and floured pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cooled.
