CANNED SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes
7 lg. green peppers
5 lg. onions
2 heads garlic
1/2 c. oregano
1 c. oil
8 cans tomato paste
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. sweet basil

Cook tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic until mushy. Add oil, paste, sugar, salt, oregano and basil - mix well and put into oven for 6 hours at 200 to 250 degrees. Pour into hot jars and seal tightly. Cool on towel in draftless area.
