1 (25.6 oz.) pkg. instant non fat dry milk (10 2/3 c.)
1 (6 oz.) jar powdered non dairy creamer
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. instant chocolate mix
1/2 c. sugar (heaping)
6 tbsp. cocoa (heaping)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Put in an air tight container, use within 6 months. Makes a big batch of hot chocolate mix.

To Use: Add 6 heaping teaspoons of hot chocolate mix to 1 cup of hot water. Stir to dissolve and enjoy a really good cup of hot chocolate.
