SOUTHERN SAUSAGE MUFFINS 
Tastes like sausage balls but much easier and better.

1 lb. sausage
2 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
red pepper to taste (optional)
1 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Add other ingredients. Mix well and bake in mini muffin tins for approximately 12 to 14 minutes at 375°F.

Makes 48 muffins.
