WET BOTTOM SHOO FLY PIE 
2 (9 inch) pie shells

Liquid Mixture:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. molasses
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. boiling water

Crumbs:

2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter

Make liquid mixture by combining first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add boiling water and mix well. Chill completely. Mix crumb ingredients. Divide liquid evenly between 2 pie shells. Divide crumbs and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
