SHOO - FLY PIE - WET BOTTOM | |
1 c. butter (scant) 1 c. molasses (1/2 dark Karo, 1/2 Brer Rabbit) 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. warm water 2 1/2 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking powder 2 unbaked pie crusts Mix water, molasses, and soda and put into crust lined pie shells. Mix crumbs of butter, flour, sugar, and baking powder; sprinkle over liquid in pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. |
