CHEESE DIP IN PUMPERNICKEL LOAF 
1 round loaf of uncut pumpernickel bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Widespread sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. beer
1 garlic clove

Hollow out bread - pull top out. Cut top into bite size pieces. Mix softened cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese and beer together until smooth. Add chopped garlic clove. Pour mix into hollow out bread. Refrigerate 2 hours. Arrange bite size pieces of bread on platter.
