Dissolve 6 ounces lime Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Blend in blender with 1 (16 ounce) can pears. Blend in 8 ounces softened cream cheese. Put in bowl and add 1 tub Cool Whip. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and allow to set.
