TEXAS CORN BREAD SALAD | |
Cook, cool and crumble 1 pone of corn bread (use corn bread mix if you prefer). Cut up: 1 c. green onions and tops 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped fine 2 lg. tomatoes, chopped fine 10 to 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Mix all this together with 1 pint of Hellmann's mayonnaise and pour into a 9 x 13 inch dish. Refrigerate overnight. NOTE: You'll be a hit at your next covered dish meal by taking this dish, everyone will love it!! |
