CHEDDAR CHEESE POTATO BAKE | |
3 or 4 lg. baking potatoes, sliced round 1 onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 2 c. water 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/4 c. butter Salt & pepper Peel and slice potatoes in round slices. Chop up onion. Grate cheese. Mix soup, milk and water in bowl. In a large casserole dish or a long cake pan layer potatoes, onions, soup mix and cheese, potatoes, onion, soup mix, cheese. Layer until all the ingredients are gone. Then dot the top with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. |
