ZUCCHINI CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
3 c. diced unpeeled zucchini 1 med. onion, diced 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. water 1 c. sour cream 1 egg 1 sm. box chicken stuffing mix 1/2 c. melted butter Cook zucchini and onion in small amount of water just until tender; drain. Add other ingredient, s mixing well. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees until done, about 35 minutes. I usually add diced cooked chicken to the mixture before baking and cover with buttered, bread crumbs of French fried onions. |
