SHRIMP ROLLS 
1 pkg. lg. won ton wraps
2 c. chopped cooked shrimp
1 c. finely chopped cabbage
1 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
3 dashes Tabasco
Salt & pepper to taste
Peanut oil for deep frying

Lightly saute the cabbage, onion and celery. Add the shrimp and stir for 3 minutes. Mix the cheese and bread crumbs. Add to shrimp mixture and blend in well. Add the seasoning, put a spoonful of stuffing on a won ton and wrap in a roll, turning the ends. Fry in deep fat until lightly browned and crisp. Makes about 15 or more. Can also use ground craw fish or lobster in place of shrimp.
