KATHY GRAMLEY'S SLOPPY JOES 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste

In large iron fry pan, brown the onion and beef together. Drain off the grease. Add the remaining items to the beef and onions. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water. Simmer 45 minutes. Serve on hamburger rolls.
