SOFT TACO BAKE
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
6 soft tortillas
1 (15 1/2 oz.) bottle Tostitos Salsa Con Queso (mild or spicy)
1 c. shredded cheese mix (Mexican mix with yellow and white cheese)
sour cream (if desired)

Heat oven to 350°F. Brown beef in 10-inch skillet on stove top, breaking into dime-size or smaller pieces; drain well. Stir in seasoning mix and 1 cup water. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-high. Simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Salsa Con Queso thoroughly.

Place 2 tortillas on bottom beside each other of ungreased glass dish or metal pan. Top with layer of beef mixture; repeat three times. With the last topping add the shredded cheese mix, spread evenly to the edges and bake uncovered, about 15 minutes or until heated through. Top with sour cream.

Serves 4 to 6.

Tip: Add shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, green onions or any other taco toppings.
