SWEET ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt

II:
2 c. scalded milk (cool to 110 degrees)
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. water

HINT: Gold Medal Better for Bread is ideal flour for bread making.

Add mixture I to II and mix in a mixer with dough hooks for about 3 minutes. Add 1 cup flour and 3 eggs. Mix for 3 more minutes. Add rest of flour (4-6 cups) by hand, depends upon flour. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and let rise again. Roll out and make into any kind of sweet rolls. Let rise, then bake. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes until brown.

I cut into strips, tie into knots and roll in melted butter and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
