RHONDA'S ENCHILADAS 
2 lb. hamburger
10 lg. soft tortilla shells
1 1/2 pkg. taco mix
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Onions
Green peppers
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Black olives
Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
Salsa sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger with onions and green peppers. Add taco mix. Follow directions on package. Fill tortilla shells and roll. Place in 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup and pour over top of rolled enchiladas. Bake for 30 minutes.

Chop up lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions and peppers. Smother your enchiladas with vegetables, cheeses and salsa of your choice.
