YOGURT COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins (opt.)
8 oz. pineapple flavored yogurt
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 extra lg. eggs
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. coconut

Stir together flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, nuts and raisins. Add yogurt, oil, eggs. Stir until smooth. Pour into greased 8"x8" pan. Stir together 2 tablespoons sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and coconut. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
