IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tbsp. softened butter
Streusel Topping (recipe follows)

Grease pie plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Mix apple and spices; turn into plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except streusel, until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with mixer. Pour into plate over apples. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly.
