MOUTH WATERING SAUSAGE STUFFING 
12 oz. Swift Premium Brown 'n Serve sausage roll, original or sage recipe
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped sweet pepper
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter
1 pkg. (16 oz.) cubed herb- seasoned stuffing mix
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. chicken broth

Crumble sausage or cut into 3/8 inch cubes. Saute pepper, celery and onion in butter until just tender. In a large bowl, combine sausage, stuffing, celery, pepper, onions and poultry seasoning. Moisten evenly with chicken broth. Stuff turkey neck and body cavities lightly; do not pack. Yield: Enough stuffing for a 12 to 14 pound turkey.
