IMPOSSIBLE MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle mushrooms, cheese, and onion into greased 10-inch quiche or pie dish. Beat remaining ingredients in a blender for 15 seconds. Pour over cheese mixture in dish. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6.
