SWEET FRUITCAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. water
2 pkgs. Pillsbury quick date bread mix
2 c. pecans, chopped or whole
2 c. raisins
2 c. candied cherries
1 pkg. fruit mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom and sides of pans. In large bowl, combine eggs and water. Add remaining ingredients by hand; stir until combined. Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 to 85 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes, loosen edges, and remove from pan. Cool completely. Store tightly wrapped in refrigerator. Glaze with warm corn syrup if you like.
