2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Dash of salt & pepper
3/4 c. Jack cheese or American cheese

Blend butter and flour together. Add milk and boil until thickened. Add seasonings and cheese and continue to heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
