CHICKEN SALAD 
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
4 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash cayenne
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 c. cooked diced chicken

Mix together, except pickles. Add pickles shortly before serving. Serve on rye bread.
