CHICKEN DOYCHEE | |
2 whole chicken breasts (bone in), cleaned & skinned 1 lg. white onion 1 stick butter 1/4 c. water 3 tbsp. poultry seasoning 2 tbsp. seasoned salt 1 tbsp. pepper 1 tbsp. lemon dill 1 tbsp. onion powder 1 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder Chop onions into small pieces and arrange on bottom of baking pan. Cut stick of butter into several pieces and arrange in pan. Place chicken in center of pan and add all spices to tops of chicken breasts covering completely. Add 1/4 water to pan. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting chicken with melted butter and onions several times. Remove and enjoy. Add any other spices you wish to get a different flavor. |
