LEMON CHICKEN TOSS 
2 c. diced chicken breast
1 spring onion, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds

Whisk together the onion, lemon juice, dill and mayonnaise. Fold in the chicken breast or turkey and the almonds. Serve on lettuce bed or in a croissant or bun as a sandwich. Yield: 4 servings.
