JOSH'S QUICK WRAPS 
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) jar Nacho cheese
cooked chicken breast strips (optional)
flour tortillas

Note: I buy the pack of peppers which have all three.

It is very simple, put the sliced peppers and onion in the tortilla and top with the cheese. Also goes great with a little bit of salsa.

For those non vegetarian types, you can use some chicken breast strips.

Heat for 25 seconds in the microwave and enjoy!
