BANANA THICK SHAKE 
4 c. skim or nonfat milk
2-3 lg. bananas
1 - 1 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Granulated sugar substitute to taste (opt.)

In blender container combine milk, bananas, extract and sugar substitute, if desired. Process until smooth. Three to four cups chilled or frozen strawberries may be substituted.
