BANANA YOGURT SHAKE 
1/2 c. skim milk
1/3 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1 sm. fully ripe banana
1 tsp. honey
4 packets Sweet One granulated sugar substitute
Dash of ground cinnamon
2 ice cubes
1 c. plain yogurt (lowfat)

In blender, combine all ingredients except yogurt; blend until smooth. Fold in yogurt. For a thinner consistency, blend again. Makes two 1 1/2 cup servings. Calories: 190 per serving. Calories saved: 265 per serving.
