MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes, pared and cooked
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/4 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Paprika

Mash potatoes, add sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put in greased casserole dish. Top with pats of butter and cover. this can be stored in refrigerator for several days before baking. Before baking sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
