BARBEQUE MEATBALLS 
4 tbsp. oil
1 can vegeburger
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
2 med. onions, chopped
4 eggs (I use egg beaters)
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash celery salt

Form into balls the size of walnuts. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then add barbeque sauce and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered, in casserole dish.

BARBEQUE SAUCE:

1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 c. catsup
1 dash liquid smoke
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. salt

Simmer for 5 minutes and pour over balls.
