CAROLINA TOMATO ASPIC 
3 envelopes gelatin
3/4 c. cold water

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Put on stove and stir while heating. Add a small can of V-8, 8 oz. can of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, salt and Tabasco to taste. Add chopped celery, stuffed olives, avocado, baby shrimp, etc. Chill in a mold and unmold on plate lined with lettuce leaves. A good old Southern recipe.
