CHEESE BREAD 
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. softened butter
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 loaf French or Italian bread, split lengthwise

Combine first 5 ingredients. Fill bread with mixture. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. It is easier to slice if you wait 5 to 10 minutes after removing from oven.
