Plain white cake mix made into sheet cake

TOPPING ON COOLED CAKE:

Mix in mixer:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
13 oz. Cool Whip
Juice from strained can of pineapple, crushed

Spread the above over the cake. On top of this, then the drained pineapple. Finally sprinkle over the pineapple the contents of 1 can of flaked coconut. Refrigerate at least one hour.
