JOHN WAYNE CASSEROLE 
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, drained
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
4 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 med. tomatoes, sliced

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes, and pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange tomato slices over top. Continue baking for 30 minutes more. Casserole is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with sour cream, salsa and (or) chives.
