HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3 lg. bell peppers, seeded & cut
12 sm. hot peppers (green & yellow)
1/3 c. water
3 c. vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
2 bottles Certo

Pulverize peppers and water in blender and put in large pot. Then add vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 bottles of Certo. Put into jars. Serve with crackers and cream cheese or dip for a number of things.
