KILLER POTATO SALAD 
3 1/2 lb. potatoes, boiled in skin
1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 pt. sour cream
7 tsp. instant chicken bouillon dissolved in
1/2 c. hot water

Cut potatoes in bite size. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sour cream, and chicken broth. Add to potatoes and mix. Stir in bacon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot. Reheat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
