OLD FASHION GREENS 
1 lb. mustard greens
1 lb. turnip greens
1 lb. kale
1/4 lb. salt pork

Wash greens carefully. Dice salt pork and cook for 10 minutes; add greens. Then add dumplings.

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. pot (Likker) juice from greens

Mix and add to greens by the tablespoon. Cook for 15 minutes of top of greens.
