FRUIT SALSA 
2 kiwis
2 Golden Delicious apples
1 (8 oz.) pkg. raspberries
1 lb. strawberries
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. fruit preserves, any flavor
10 (10 in.) flour tortillas
butter flavor cooking spray
2 c. cinnamon sugar

Peel and dice kiwi; peel, core and dice apples. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix fruits, white sugar, brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with cooking spray. Cut into wedges, arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.

Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with fruit salsa.

Variation: Sprinkle tortillas with salt instead of cinnamon sugar and bake as directed. Dip in regular salsa.
