PECAN CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

Make in food processor.

1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

FILLING: :

Make in food processor or mixer.

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Put crust in springform pan and press tightly. Add filling. Bake 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 300 degrees for 50 minutes. Leave in oven with door slightly ajar ONE HOUR before removing.
