BAKED GREEN PEPPERS 
2 c. chopped ham
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 gloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can drained artichoke hearts, chopped
4 green peppers, split into thirds

Coat green peppers with vegetable oil and bake at 325 degrees until tender. Mix remaining ingredients together with onions and garlic, then fill peppers. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese is melted and golden brown.
