OYSTER ROCKEFELLER II 
36 shell oysters
2 c. cooked spinach
1/4 c. onion
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. salt
6 drops Tabasco sauce
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Drain oysters, place on deep half of shells. Run spinach, onion, bay leaf, parsley through food grinder; add seasoning. Lightly brown in butter for about 5 minutes. Add bread crumbs, mix. Spread over oysters. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown. Garnish with lemon.

Serves 6.
