EASY SHRIMP ROCKEFELLER 
1 pkg. spinach souffle
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. fresh crisp crumbled bacon
1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Swiss cheese
Shrimp (however many you wish)

Mix all but shrimp together. Add 4 drops Tabasco. Place shrimp in ramekin and add the mixture. Bake until heated through.
