MOCK OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER DIP 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 med. onion, grated
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
Dash Tabasco
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Jumbo Fritos

Cook broccoli as directed. Drain well. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter in heavy pan. Add soup. Mix with broccoli, cheese (crumbled) and seasonings. Allow cheese to melt. Serve hot from a chafing dish. Serve with Fritos.
