PARTY CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 c.
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 c. chopped black olives
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. salad dressing
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine corn flake crumbs and butter, set aside. In large bowl combine chicken, celery, mushrooms, olives, onion, lemon juice and dressing. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Bake 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake additional 10 to 15 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
