BANANA CREAM PIE 
2 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. melted butter
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 c. mini-marshmallows
2 bananas

Combine coconut and butter in saucepan. Over low heat cook until golden brown, pat into pie plate and chill. Mix vanilla pudding using only 1 3/4 cups milk, fold into pudding whipping cream and marshmallows. Slice bananas on cooled crust, pour in pudding filling and chill.
