BAKED FISH 
Olive oil
Fresh minced garlic
Parmesan cheese
Italian bread crumbs
Fish of your choice

Coat fish liberally with an oil and garlic mixture. The amount of garlic you use depends on your personal taste. Sprinkle coated fish with Parmesan cheese, then roll in bread crumbs. Place in a greased pan (I use Pam for this) and bake at 450 degrees until fish flakes.
