TEXAS PEPPER STEAK 
For the grill or Jenn Air Range. Serves 4.

1 lb. lean chuck or round, thin slices 2 inches long
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, cut in strips
2 red peppers, not hot, cut in 1/2 inch strips
1 tsp. A-1 sauce
2 tbsp. oil
10 3/4 oz. can beef gravy
6 oz. can mushrooms

Place beef strips on a large doubled square of foil. Add remaining ingredients. Double seal foil, place on grill 4 inches above coals and cook, turning frequently. Cook 1 hour.
