PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into chunks
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 red and 2 green peppers, cut into strips
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. cold water

Brown steak. Add water and bouillon cubes. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add peppers and pineapple chunks; simmer 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch, cold water, and soy sauce. Add to meat mixture. Cook until thick. Serve over fluffy rice.
