PORK HAWAIIAN 
Salt & pepper
6-8 center-cut pork chops
1 c. drained fruit cocktail
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. drained pineapple chunks
1/2 c. mixed cherries & raisins

Season pork chops and brown on both sides; place in casserole. Combine fruit cocktail, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil over low heat, boil for 4-5 minutes. Add remaining fruits; mix well and pour over pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with cook rice. Serves 6-8.
